Ubuntu 10.04 Beta 1 has finally been released following yesterdays postponement.

Grab yourself a copy, while it’s hot at   http://releases.ubuntu.com/releases/10.04/

Note: This is a beta release. Do not install it on production machines. The final stable version will be released on April 29, 2010.
